Christian a une quarantaine d'années. Seul, il sillonne Paris et la banlieue à pied, à la recherche de travail, mais n'en trouve pas. Il renonce à chercher, mais continue de marcher, sans but, jusqu'à l'épuisement.
Christian is about forty years old. Alone, he wanders through Paris and the suburb, by foot, looking for work, but doesn't find any. He gives up searching but keeps walking aimlessly, to the point of exhaustion.
